Security and Privacy Policy
The RiderSure Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
Once you have purchased your customer's motorcycle insurance cover you will receive confirmation of cover including the certificate of motor insurance and accompanying documents, by e-mail or by post. Please ensure you maintain a copy of all communication from RiderSure for your records.
Limited Licence
Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, RiderSure grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, use and display this site and the materials thereon. You agree not to interrupt the operation of the site in any way.
RiderSure authorises you to view and download the information ("Materials") through this Web site ("Site") only for your personal, non-commercial use. If you are still unhappy RiderSure will refer your complaint to our Compliance Manager who will investigate and do their best to settle the issue.
If after this, you feel the complaint remains unresolved, you may be entitled to refer it to the appropriate regulatory body.
