IT'S SO SIMPLE:-

1. To obtain a quotation, telephone 0844 800 4313 with all of your information to hand. RiderSure will provide you with an instant quotation and unique reference number.

2. When you wish to proceed, simply telephone RiderSure and quote the reference number. All details will be checked and cover implemented and all policy documentation sent the same day. Any adjustments must be advised to RiderSure before commencement.

3. Renewals will be sent 4 weeks in advance prior to the renewal date. Confirmation of renewal must be given to RiderSure on or before the renewal date.

CLAIMS

All claims must be reported to RiderSure IMMEDIATELY. Telephone 0844 800 4315

ACCOUNTING

All accounts issued by RiderSure are to be settled net of commission within 14 days of statement date. No claw back of commission on cancellations. Therefore, no commission paid or clawed back after a mid term adjustment. (Note: Commission is not payable on IPT or admin fees.)
